Automated Swiss Turning
We manufacture our own Swiss turning CNC, designed for precision in producing accurate reading sensors with a tolerance of 3 Micron. These machines perform multiple machining techniques, including milling, turning, threading, cross-drilling, and engraving, all in a single unit. By consolidating these operations, we eliminate costly secondary processes, saving time and money while ensuring precise part production.
CNC Milling
Our 3 & 4-axis mills are unparalleled when it comes to shaping square shapes, bevels, angles, slots, and intricate curves. These mills excel at any subtractive machining process and can even create round shapes. Notably, they offer exceptional accuracy, consistently maintaining tolerances as tight as .01mm or 10 microns.
5 - Axis RTCP CNC
With our 5-Axis RTCP CNC machine, we can perform machining operations on five surfaces simultaneously. This unique capability enables us to create intricate designs and geometries with greater ease, requiring fewer setups compared to conventional milling machines.
